I built an end-to-end customer support system that combines BERT-based ticket classification with Qwen response generation. I fine-tuned the classifier, developed a Flask application for real-time inference, and evaluated it with precision, recall, F1-score, and confusion matrix analysis.

For my AI Career Advisor RAG project, I used SentenceTransformers and FAISS to retrieve relevant information from educational course catalogs. The system generates structured learning paths and course recommendations through an interactive Gradio interface.

I also built machine learning projects for customer churn classification and behavior-pattern mining. These projects included data preprocessing, model evaluation, and Streamlit interfaces for predictions.

As a Teaching Assistant — Cloud Computing, I assisted with AWS Cloud Foundations teaching and hands-on labs at Alexandria National University. I also taught cloud architecture and deployment concepts using AWS at Alexandria University.
