At 4Sale International Co., I built an on-demand booking platform with availability slots, geo-based provider discovery, Temporal workflows, and live WebSocket tracking. I also developed a reusable Saga orchestrator for coordinating workflows across distributed microservices.

I modernized legacy PHP monetization flows with dynamic recommendations and cashier APIs, and extended the notification platform with an Action Center inbox. My work included Redis-backed caching, booking-proposal workflows, and RabbitMQ Super Streams.

At e& Egypt, I co-designed Chatbot V2's modular Spring Boot architecture and built configurable conversation execution and response-card composition. I also developed conversation memory and administration services, and integrated Elasticsearch analytics.
