What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a Tier 1 HR Operations role where I can provide accurate, empathetic, SLA-focused employee support, handle HRMS transactions and documentation, and grow through high-volume operational work.

I'm building hands-on HR operations experience through current operations training at Shahi Export Pvt Ltd and an HR internship supporting Apollo Hospital recruitment processes.

At Sindoori Management Solutions, I served as a contact point for 100+ candidates, resolving recruitment-status and documentation queries by phone and email. I maintained candidate records, coordinated job postings and interviews, and supported offer coordination.

I've supported onboarding documentation, KYC collection, background verification, attendance records, and internal HR communications. I bring a customer-service mindset, empathy, data accuracy, and discipline for high-volume, deadline-driven work.

I also analyzed HR data for more than 1,000 employees using Microsoft Excel and Power BI, building dashboards on workforce trends, attrition, and headcount. I'm ready to bring accurate, empathetic Tier 1 employee support to an HR Operations role.
