I’m Saksham Uniyal, a Software Engineer with hands-on experience building backend systems, distributed microservices, full-stack applications, and AI-powered solutions. I enjoy working at the intersection of software engineering and artificial intelligence, turning real-world problems into scalable and practical products.
During my Software Developer Internship at Incedo, I worked on Java and Spring Boot-based applications, developing RESTful APIs, JWT-based authentication, and a microservices architecture comprising five independent services. I also contributed to NetSense, an AI-assisted network fault diagnosis platform that processes Kafka-generated network logs to identify and classify operational issues. The system uses a Random Forest machine learning pipeline that achieved 94% classification accuracy and an LLM layer to generate root-cause analysis, supporting evidence, and remediation recommendations.
My project experience spans AI, machine learning, computer vision, and full-stack development. I developed Verivid AI, a deep learning framework for manipulated-video detection using PyTorch, OpenCV, MTCNN, EfficientNet-B3, Xception, and LSTM, achieving 84.8% detection accuracy. I also built LoanOne AI, an AI-powered loan processing platform with a Flask backend and React/TypeScript frontend, incorporating document processing, machine learning-based eligibility evaluation, chatbot support, and speech-to-text capabilities.
Additionally, I have worked on computer-vision applications such as AuricalX, an ear-image biometric recognition system, and Farm Agro Manager, a cloud-deployed web application using ReactJS, SQL, Oracle, and AWS EC2.
My technical interests include backend engineering, microservices, APIs, distributed systems, AI/ML, LLMs, computer vision, cloud technologies, and full-stack application development. I’m particularly interested in opportunities where I can solve challenging engineering problems, build intelligent products, learn from experienced teams, and take ownership of meaningful features from development to deployment.
I hold a B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering from SRM Institute of Science and Technology with a CGPA of 8.52/10, along with certifications including AWS Certified AI Practitioner, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Foundations, GitHub Foundations, and Fortinet Certified Associate in Cybersecurity.
