What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead HealthTech or MedTech product delivery, quality engineering, and interoperability initiatives where I can build reliable releases, guide cross-functional teams, and improve patient-facing platforms.

At Neurosynaptic Communications, I lead delivery for the ReMeDi telemedicine and medical-device platform across Web, Android, and Desktop releases, managing an 18-person cross-functional team. I coordinate healthcare interoperability, medical-device connectivity, Play Store releases, security remediation, and deployments supporting public-health programs in India and Panama.

I progressed from Software Test Engineer to Test Lead and Engineering Manager, building Selenium, Java, and TestNG automation from scratch and reducing regression time by about 60%. I've delivered ABDM and CDSS integrations, strengthened defect quality through structured validation, and support ISO 13485 and EU MDR quality requirements.
