What I'm looking for

I am seeking ED SHO and Registrar roles in Ireland’s medicine/emergency departments or NCHD 66000 Multan Pakistan roles that offer clinical responsibility, research and teaching opportunities, and clear progression toward an EM consultant role.

I am a dedicated physician and Emergency Medicine registrar with 3+ years' experience across emergency medicine, surgery, and general practice, providing high-quality care in busy clinical settings.

I currently work as a registrar at a 1700-bed university hospital and have passed the MRCEM Primary (May/June 2025), with MRCEM Intermediate booked for September 2025. I have published a clinical audit in the International Journal of Health Sciences (https://doi.org/10.53730/ijhs.v8nS1.14925) and hold BLS and ACLS certifications.

My clinical practice includes initial assessment and stabilization, airway management, procedural skills (suturing, fracture reduction, chest tube insertion), CPAP/BiPAP, and management of acute medical, surgical, and trauma emergencies; I have also worked as a rural GP managing high daily patient volumes and participated in COVID-19 ICU care.

I am focused on progressing to an EM consultant role, contributing to research, quality improvement, and teaching, and I am open to ED SHO and registrar opportunities in Ireland’s medicine/emergency departments and NCHD roles in Multan, Pakistan.
