At Pakistan Kidney & Liver Institute, I managed urology and acute-care presentations and maintained clinical records through HMIS. Across hospital settings, I’ve also reviewed multidisciplinary notes for completeness and accuracy and entered structured patient documentation in EMR/HMIS systems.
