At Deloitte, I partnered with HR stakeholders and Workday configuration teams on the TJX Companies implementation, defining business scenarios and mapping reporting requirements across seven core modules. I used SQL for data validation and migration testing, tracked defects in JIRA, and built reports and dashboards to show migration progress and business readiness.
For Disney, I supported enterprise application releases by reviewing requirements and executing test scenarios, then used root cause analysis and KPI dashboards to help reduce defect resolution time. I now provide instructional support to graduate students in Business Analytics at the University of Cincinnati, while pursuing an M.S. in Business Analytics.
