At Umlaut, part of Accenture, I work on Airbus NTM manuals for SA/LR/MB/XWB aircraft. I plan and monitor delivery, manage quality, and report on project KPIs.
I’ve worked with Airbus customer services across NTM and SRM identification projects, progressing from Design Engineer and Team Lead roles to Assistant Manager and Associate Manager. As a Team Lead at L&T, I led an SRM team of six and worked on SRM identification tables and illustrations for Airbus long-range aircraft.
At L&T, I also contributed to manuals for TROJAN Technologies water-treatment equipment, including user, maintenance, and troubleshooting manuals. I helped develop a new layout and structure for the manuals.
Earlier, I revised Illustrated Parts Catalogues and Component Maintenance Manuals for Fokker aircraft at Cades Digitech, and created illustrations and updated assembly parts for Volvo truck e-catalogues at Quest Informatics. I hold a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering and completed certified training in Common Certification in Project Management.
