What I'm looking for

Looking for a remote Project Manager role where I can own delivery end-to-end, from planning through risk management and stakeholder communication. I work well with distributed teams using Asana, ClickUp, and Google Workspace, and value clear process over firefighting. Open to full-time or long-term contract roles across US, UK, EU, or Canadian time zones.

I’m a PMI-RMP certified Project Manager with 5+ years of experience helping international teams run smoother, more predictable projects. I work part-time as IT Project Manager & Admin Assistant to the CEO at a German IT consultancy, and freelance for clients across the US, UK, Europe, and Canada, maintaining Top Rated status on Upwork with 300+ projects delivered and a 95% on-time delivery rate.

My focus is project management and workflow automation, building clean systems in tools like Asana and ClickUp that keep remote teams aligned without the overhead. I’ve also led end-to-end e-commerce operations for a US-based business, managing timelines, budgets, and cross-functional teams across SEO, web design, and digital marketing.

I care about turning messy processes into simple, repeatable ones, and I’m looking for a remote Project Manager role where I can bring that same structure to a growing team.

Paste those in and send me the next field whenever you’re ready.
