I'm building my fitness and nutrition coaching career through personal training at JD Gym, where I plan workouts, demonstrate equipment, support clients, monitor progress, and promote injury prevention.

My background in physiotherapy studies and hospital rehabilitation support helps me bring an informed approach to movement, exercise technique, and lifestyle coaching. I combine evidence-based training principles with a client-centred approach to help people achieve sustainable results.

Teaching English and working with young people strengthened my communication, leadership, patience, and ability to motivate people with different needs.
