I’m seeking a remote role that values multi-domain expertise, initiative, and a passion for delivering results—where I can apply LLM-based workflows, scraping, and customer-focused operations to create measurable impact.

I’m a versatile professional with 10+ years of experience spanning data research, customer relations, content creation, event coordination, teaching, and entrepreneurship. I founded Sugary Tales (home bakery) in 2021 and bring a practical, results-driven mindset backed by a professional baking certification from Rich’s India.

In my recent roles, I’ve handled inbound customer enquiries across phone, WhatsApp, and Instagram DMs, keeping smooth client-owner communication while resolving guest queries. I also built JS-based scrapers to extract website content, used LLMs for company descriptions, and created sentiment pipelines by scraping e-commerce and employee reviews.

I’m energized by multi-domain problems where automation and analysis reduce manual effort and improve outcomes.
