At Rippling, I’ve been the DRI for the Carrot Fertility 0→1 integration, bridging Benefits, Payroll, and Spend with closed-loop infrastructure that automates invoices, payouts, and reimbursements.
I care about long-term reusability and operational excellence. I engineered three reusable platform systems (Invoice Generation, Invoice Payout, and Reimbursement with a US + Global payroll-gateway abstraction), cutting future integration effort by ~60%, and led a North Star architecture migration adopted by two live products.
I also ship reliably and at scale—owning interactive admin UI workflows with TypeScript/React and using Playwright E2E automation in CI for regression-safe releases. I’ve integrated domain models into Rippling’s enterprise object graph and engineered production prompts powering Rippling AI used by ~5,000 companies, while resolving high-severity escalations through warrooms and on-call rotations.
