Across Google Cloud Commercial Operations, I improved data discrepancy rates by 30%, reporting efficiency by 20%, and SLO-based bug resolution from 85% to 95%. I use SQL, BigQuery, Looker, LookML, PLX, Python, and data modeling to troubleshoot complex production issues and turn business requirements into practical reporting solutions.

I've also built Salesforce reporting for Revenue Operations, improved supply-chain workflows through SQL and Excel analysis, and automated recurring operational work with Generative AI, Google Sheets, Apps Script, and Jinja.
