Previously at Forsk US, I led technical support for Atoll, monitored anomalies and new features, and supported the team as Technical Support Manager.
Across more than 10 years in telecom, I've supported Atoll users, resolved complex incidents, delivered new versions, and worked on 4G/5G planning, optimization, propagation models, microwave links, and telecom projects.
