What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build production ML and computer vision systems where I can own work from prototyping through deployment, collaborate across interdisciplinary teams, and improve model safety, performance, and reliability at scale.

At Optum, I build and optimize machine learning and deep learning models that serve 10K+ daily users at 98% uptime. I own the ML lifecycle from prototyping through cloud deployment, using Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, CI/CD, and rigorous metrics analysis.

Previously at Finastra, I developed high-performance ML systems processing 5M+ daily transactions at 94% precision for three global clients. I improved AUC-ROC from 0.81 to 0.93 and reduced Databricks/Spark pipeline runtime by 35% while working closely with cross-functional engineering teams.

I'm also a published computer vision researcher, with peer-reviewed work on VGG16-based facial emotion recognition. My work combines deep learning, computer vision, cloud ML deployment, safety-minded prototyping, and practical model evaluation.
