At LTM in the BFSI domain, I analyze production data with Oracle SQL and MS SQL to identify trends, troubleshoot issues, and support business operations.
I've built Power BI dashboards for batch performance, incident trends, operational KPIs, and ServiceNow ticket analysis. I also extract, validate, and quality-check data across Production, UAT, and DR environments while conducting root-cause analysis for production incidents.
I automate monitoring, validation, job reruns, and failure alerts with PowerShell and shell scripts, and I'm seeking a Data Analyst opportunity where I can turn data into actionable business insights.
