At Dominion National, I led onboarding for 12+ external clients across membership, claims, plan, provider, and financial data. I coordinated requirements, mappings, and validation with clients, engineering, and operations.
I supported ASC X12 and CMS interoperability files, building SQL and C# integrations for secure retrieval, transformation, validation, and warehouse loading.
For claims automation, I identified upstream data issues and automated validation, reducing manual out-of-network claim handling from 500+ to about 40 claims daily. I also defined payment-posting logic that reduced daily workload by approximately 80%.
Earlier, I developed eligibility-feed transformations and validation controls at Dominion National. At the University of Texas at Dallas, I built Python and QlikView analytics projects, and at Tata Consultancy Services I improved Java/SQL ETL and subscriber-profile workflows.
