What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a QA role where I can strengthen software quality through manual and API testing, automation, agile collaboration, and continuous improvement of testing processes.

I'm currently testing digital insurance web applications and APIs at SenangNvs, validating quote generation, policy issuance, renewals, payments, pricing, and policy lifecycle workflows.

I design and execute functional, regression, and end-to-end test cases, validate API correctness and data consistency, and track defects through Azure DevOps to support timely releases.

At Hamro Academy, I created more than 100 test cases and developed Selenium and Python automated scripts that reduced manual testing time and increased test coverage. I also tested APIs with Postman and collaborated with developers and product managers on acceptance criteria and release quality.

I'm committed to improving QA processes by identifying recurring defects, testing bottlenecks, and practical ways to strengthen software delivery.
