I build production GenAI, LLM, and multi-agent platforms for regulated enterprise workflows.

At ThoughtMinds, I lead the build of an Enterprise AI Agent Platform that automates customer support, document processing, and knowledge workflows. I architected multi-agent orchestration with LangChain, LangGraph, MCP, and A2A patterns, and built a source-grounded RAG layer that reduced information lookup time by roughly 56%.

I deploy secure, scalable AI platforms on AWS using Bedrock, Docker, and Kubernetes, serving 5,000+ users and 50,000+ daily requests. I also fine-tune domain LLMs with LoRA, QLoRA, and PEFT, while establishing LLMOps, evaluation pipelines, guardrails, hallucination mitigation, and human-in-the-loop approvals.

Previously at ThirdEye Data and RTS Labs, I built Clinical NLP, healthcare document AI, fraud detection, and risk analytics systems. My work has reduced manual medical-coding review by roughly 38%, achieved 91% precision in fraud classification, and supported compliant healthcare processing through PHI/PII controls, anonymization, audit logging, and explainable AI.
