At Standard Bank Group, I lead end-to-end execution of principal investments and leveraged finance transactions across technology, infrastructure, mining, energy, and financial services. I've executed 12+ transactions spanning M&A, minority acquisitions, LBOs, recapitalisations, and joint ventures.
I build DCF, merger, valuation, and LBO models to assess returns, leverage capacity, debt structures, and downside protection. I also structure private credit and hybrid capital solutions, including warehouse facilities, securitisations, and acquisition financing.
As a Chartered Accountant (SA) and CFA Level II candidate, I bring transaction execution, portfolio monitoring, value creation, capital structure optimisation, and exit readiness experience across 20+ assets.
