What I'm looking for

I’m looking to expand my expertise in Financial Planning & Analysis while building on my GL accounting, financial reporting, and U.S. real estate property accounting experience.

At Exo Edge, I manage end-to-end GL accounting and Record-to-Report processes for a portfolio of U.S. real estate properties.

I perform month-end activities, prepare and review bank reconciliations, record accruals and prepaid expenses, and post, review, and reclassify journal entries for accurate income and expense allocation.

I prepare preliminary financial statements, cash analysis, and supporting schedules, while handling vendor payments, owner contributions and distributions, mortgage payments, and daily accounting operations. I work extensively in RealPage and Yardi Voyager and support stakeholders through close deadlines and ad hoc reporting.

My work has been recognized through Kudos awards for ownership, high-quality client outcomes, and identifying billing and payment issues that prevented a major fund misallocation. I’m continuing to strengthen my accounting and financial analysis capabilities while expanding into FP&A.
