What I'm looking for

I'm open to international relocation and opportunities where I can lead hands-on Java backend engineering, shape scalable distributed systems, mentor teams, and solve production-critical platform challenges.

At The Finequbit, I lead the architecture and hands-on development of a Java/Spring Boot backend spanning approximately 20 microservices, with PostgreSQL and Kafka-based event processing at its core. I guide a team of five engineers through architecture discussions, code reviews, pair programming, and production-ready engineering standards.

Previously, I helped build Zafer AI's large-scale Digital Asset Management platform of approximately 45 services and led backend development for UBGo and CDB Self digital banking solutions at Epic Lanka Technologies. My work has covered secure REST APIs, asynchronous workflows, Redis caching, resilience patterns, AWS deployments, and systems handling up to approximately 200 requests per second.

Across 11+ years, I've translated complex business needs into scalable services, optimized databases, resolved production issues, and mentored engineers. I work with Java, Spring Boot, microservices, Kafka, PostgreSQL, AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes.
