At Cognizant Technology Solutions, I handle enterprise incidents and service requests through ServiceNow in a production support environment. I triage tickets, analyze technical issues, and work toward resolutions within SLA timelines.

I support automation-based workflows and manage enterprise mailbox requests, including shared mailbox and distribution-list changes. I also collaborate with internal teams on escalations and maintain process documentation.

On my OFDM Communication System Simulation project, I modeled QPSK modulation, OFDM processing, and cyclic-prefix handling. I analyzed BER-versus-SNR performance under AWGN and multipath fading and studied channel estimation and equalization.

For my IEEE-published research, I developed a medicine prediction system using Stochastic Gradient Descent, with data preprocessing and model optimization; it achieved approximately 92% prediction accuracy. I’m interested in applying software, algorithms, data-driven analysis, and signal-processing fundamentals to wireless communication systems and modem-related problem solving.
