At Hyundai Mobis, I manage parts sales operations across Workshop and Retail channels in the NCR region. I led inventory optimization across 20+ dealerships, reducing non-moving stock by ₹10 Cr, and improved spare-parts profitability by reducing the emergency order ratio from 30% to 10%.
I also prepared Power BI dashboards for sales analysis and developed demand forecasting and inventory analytics projects. Earlier, as Territory Parts Manager at Ashok Leyland, I led parts sales across Retail and Workshop segments in Chhattisgarh and established 11 new ALRPS/outlets.
