At SSS SmartTech, I developed six interactive dashboards for sales, purchasing, inventory, customers, appointments, and finance across a multi-branch retail business. I consolidated operational data into a unified reporting system with KPI cards for net profit, purchase-order success rate, customer satisfaction, and out-of-stock alerts.

I've used Python, SQL, PostgreSQL, Power BI, DAX, and Power Query to extract, clean, model, and visualize data for decision-making. My dashboards enable stakeholders to filter by branch and custom date ranges while tracking revenue, supplier spend, stock levels, customer retention, and appointment status.

In personal projects, I cleaned more than 100K rows of market data and built a Power BI strategy dashboard, and I created an e-commerce analytics solution that identified a 15% Q3 regional sales decline.
