I’m currently working as a Research Analyst at Carecloud, where I verify claim submissions through payer calls to ensure timely, accurate processing. I handle ARC/BRC payer calls, resolve claim discrepancies, and coordinate with legal and multiple internal departments for compliance approvals and correct client data delivery.

Previously, I worked at MTBC as an Account Manager (Ops), assisting a senior medical biller with medical claims processing and submissions. I reviewed medical records, identified ICD-10 and CPT codes, maintained patient confidentiality under HIPAA, and handled communication with insurance companies to resolve billing and reimbursement issues.

I also bring hands-on experience enrolling providers with UnitedHealthcare (UHC) using Post N Track (PNT) and enrolling with Railroad Medicare using Provider PTAN, NPI, and TIN numbers. With advanced Excel and data analysis skills, plus medical billing software proficiency (Websoft, TalkEHR, and Raintree), I focus on accuracy, efficiency, and measurable improvements in revenue cycle workflows.
