What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can combine cybersecurity risk work with practical IT support, collaborate with technical teams, and keep improving defenses through monitoring, patching, and clear training—within a culture that values ISO 27001/ITIL discipline.

I’m a cybersecurity professional with hands-on experience from my master’s program and multiple alternance roles combining security work with IT support. I focus on identifying cyber risks, improving security posture, and helping teams apply corrective actions that actually stick.

In my latest alternance, I handled cyber risk analysis and day-to-day security management, coordinating with technical teams to implement security updates and corrective measures. I also supported customers and businesses, troubleshooting issues while keeping infrastructure secure—especially through on-premise Active Directory management.

Earlier, I supported the rollout of new workstations, resolved assistance tickets using GLPI, and managed Active Directory with Microsoft Azure. I also trained collaborators on strong cybersecurity practices, and I worked on international customer support—translating security needs into clear, practical guidance.

Across stages and projects, I deepened my technical foundation with network and vulnerability analysis, Wireshark, and database/inventory workflows involving SQL. I’ve also built experience with systems and deployment tools like VMware ESXi and VirtualBox, and I align my work with frameworks and standards such as ISO 27001 and ITIL.
