At CDC Habitat, I redesigned monitoring for over 1,000 devices, defining thresholds and alerts that improved anomaly detection and reduced incident qualification time.
I also wrote internal procedures and standards, defined availability and volume indicators, and reported regularly to management. I handled alerts from detection and qualification through response and follow-up.
Before that, at Eduservices, I supported IT operations through incident diagnosis and resolution, equipment management, deployment, and user support.
Alongside my studies, I developed offensive and defensive cybersecurity skills, earning the Hack The Box CPTS certification. My practical work includes Active Directory and web penetration testing, SIEM incident detection, and a home lab with Proxmox-hosted environments.
