At Ultimus, I've led QA teams and end-to-end product release cycles since 2017, using Playwright automation, JIRA, Postman, and Microsoft WCT Test Client to support high-quality delivery.
I've built and automated API testing processes, created API samples and automated fixes in C# and ASP.NET, maintained an internal Patch Deployer application, and documented QA workflows. I also resolve escalated technical support cases by reproducing failures, investigating logs and configurations, and providing engineering with complete diagnostic context.
Across my Ultimus roles, I've prepared test environments, performed manual and API testing, developed the Ultimus Build Cleaner, used AutoHotKey for stress testing, and trained and mentored team members.
