I’m seeking roles where I create authentic wellness content, lead partnerships, grow engaged communities, and amplify chronic-illness and body-positive storytelling in flexible or remote environments.

I am a passionate wellness creator, author, and podcast host with experience in digital storytelling, brand partnerships, and community building. I manage content strategy, copywriting, and social media with a focus on authentic, health-driven narratives that uplift chronic illness awareness and positive body image.

I host the global wellness podcast “Take Care of Your Body by Ged Ry,” where I oversee content production, guest coordination, and branding, and have built an engaged audience across Instagram, Spotify, and Substack. I self-published a bestselling memoir, founded my own publishing company (Take Care Press), and independently handled marketing, distribution, and PR for the book.

I collaborate with wellness and skincare brands to create sponsored campaigns, product reviews, and promotional assets that increase reach and engagement. I am a 200-hour certified yoga instructor and leverage wellness communication and community engagement to drive meaningful connections.
