I've led CFO and Finance Controller functions across India, Africa, and East Africa, spanning treasury, capital raising, governance, statutory compliance, and board reporting for multi-currency, multi-entity organizations.

At Axis My India, I directed finance, treasury, compliance, and accounting operations while automating field payroll with Python, redesigning internal controls, improving board-level MIS, and completing the FY 2025-26 statutory audit. I also established a new CSR entity with full statutory registrations.

As CFO at Capital Oil Refining Industries, I secured refinancing and seasonal facilities, expanded operating capacity, and used VBA-powered MIS automation to accelerate reporting for a 600+ person workforce. Earlier, I secured $35M for a 12-store retail expansion at East Africa Retail Corporation and led SAP ECC6 implementation and reporting automation.

I build from finance problems through requirements, data models, process design, systems architecture, AI-enabled workflows, reporting, and controls-compliant solutions using ERP platforms, Python, VBA, SQL, and modern application development tools.
