I’m an Auto Damage Appraiser with 20 years of experience performing vehicle inspections, writing accurate estimates, and resolving claims across multiple manufacturers and environments. I focus on meeting productivity and quality metrics while keeping communication clear and timely for customers, repair facilities, and internal teams.

In my current role at CURE Auto Insurance, I review vehicle damage photos, estimates, and documentation to determine claim value and repair accuracy. I prepare, audit, and finalize auto damage appraisals using CCC ONE, manage claims workflow with CCC Portal, and evaluate total loss claims through phone and digital negotiations.

Previously, I supported high-volume damage appraisal work at Jack Cooper Transport, performing inspections for GM, Chrysler, Toyota, and Alfa Romeo vehicles at dealerships and auction sites. I maintained quality across all weather conditions, identified prior damage versus newly repaired damage, averaged 10+ vehicle appraisals per day, and trained new employees on inspection standards and company software.

Earlier at SGS North America, I completed 2,700+ annual quality inspections and damage appraisals for new and used vehicles, including salvage inspections from auctions and eBay accounts. I also served as a Quality Trainer—delivering training and demonstrations for Volkswagen of America employees and conducting independent audits for Bosch Collision Shops—while staying fully compliant with Mitchell Manual Collision Estimates, CCC ONE, and Audatex.
