I provide Day 1 post-operative cardiac nursing care for patients transferred from ICU following Coronary Artery Bypass Surgery (CABG), closely monitoring hemodynamic stability, telemetry, pain, and early complications.

I've built over four years of clinical experience in acute medical-surgical and post-operative care within a private hospital setting. My work includes comprehensive assessment, medication administration, intravenous therapy, wound management, invasive line and chest tube removal, and emergency escalation.

As a Shift In-Charge, I coordinate nursing workflow and collaborate with cardiologists, cardiothoracic surgeons, physiotherapists, and multidisciplinary teams to support safe recovery, discharge planning, cardiac rehabilitation education, and patient-centred care.
