I’m seeking an Assistant Nurse role where I can bring experience and a caring, detail-focused approach to patient care. I want a supportive team that values attention, communication, and safe, continuous learning.

I’m an Assistant Nurse who brings experience, care, and extensive knowledge to improve patients’ lives. At Tan Tock Seng Hospital, I supported nursing care in Neuroscience General Ward and Geriatric Medicine, including COVID-19 work at the National Centre for Infectious Diseases.

I provide nursing care under the direction of the RN, assist with admission, transfer, and discharge, document clinical findings, and promptly report changes in patient conditions. I also build confidence through hands-on competency in areas like tracheostomy management, infection control, external ventricular drainage (EVD), POCT (Accu-Check Inform II), and safe manual handling.
