I am looking for a role that allows me to utilize my data analysis skills while contributing to client success and personal growth.

My name is Ryan Allred, and I am currently pursuing a degree in Psychology at Brigham Young University - Idaho. My journey has been enriched by diverse experiences, including serving as a full-time volunteer missionary, where I honed my communication skills and learned the importance of connecting with people from all walks of life. During this time, I managed social media platforms, focusing on content creation and user engagement, which allowed me to develop a keen understanding of digital communication.

In my most recent role as a Behavioral Technician, I assisted clients in achieving their daily life goals while collaborating closely with their legal guardians. This experience taught me the significance of detailed data analysis and behavior monitoring, which I believe are crucial in fostering positive outcomes for clients. I am passionate about using my skills in data collection and analysis to make a meaningful impact in the field of psychology.
