I’m seeking a remote, full-time Senior or Lead UX / Product Design role where I can own end-to-end product experiences, scalable design systems, and accessible, research-led interfaces across cross-functional teams.

I've led UX strategy at V2Solutions for AI-powered enterprise workflows, including a government healthcare reimbursement portal redesigned for clearer information architecture, accessibility, and responsive use.

I redesigned an AI-driven call center agent platform, helping reduce call handling time by 50% and supporting its commercialization as a new product line.
