At Dhanvarsh Supreme Solutions, I recruit candidates for BPO, sales, and customer service processes while managing end-to-end hiring activities.

I source, screen, interview, onboard, and complete joining formalities for candidates. I also coordinate closely with clients and candidates to keep recruitment operations running smoothly.

I handle inbound and outbound communication, client follow-ups, customer queries, walk-ins, recruitment data, attendance records, and daily reports. I support sales and operational teams in achieving business goals.

I train and mentor junior recruiters and freshers, assist with team scheduling, and contribute to day-to-day HR operations through strong communication and coordination.
