At Shree Padmavati Online Services Pvt. Ltd., I coordinate end-to-end recruitment, working with upper-level management to understand department needs and support talent strategies.

I source candidates through LinkedIn, WorkIndia, Indeed, and other job portals, then schedule interviews and conduct initial screening. I also maintain interview tracking sheets and candidate records.

For bulk hiring, I prepare shortlisted and selected candidate lists, handle salary discussions, and coordinate candidate handover to the training team. I support the process through onboarding and maintain training sheets for new joiners.

Alongside my HR work, I handle customer queries, follow-up calls, and complaints in Hindi, Gujarati, and English as a part-time business owner and customer relations executive.
