What I'm looking for

I'm looking to apply my corporate governance, company secretarial, legal advisory, contract, and regulatory compliance experience in an organisation with complex ownership structures and strong governance standards.

I've advised over 500 client organisations at Legal Root Solutions on corporate governance, contracts, compliance, statutory registers, board resolutions, and regulatory filings. I reconcile complex beneficial ownership and shareholding records, build compliance calendars, and work directly with regulators to resolve filing issues.

As Company Secretary and Legal Compliance Officer at Ruilin Logistics, I prepared board packs, minutes, agendas, and resolutions while maintaining statutory registers and supporting CAMA 2020 compliance across a corporate group.
