I've supported FDOT, Turnpike, and municipal heavy-civil projects through Southern Earth Sciences, Halff Associates, AtkinsRealis, and Eisman & Russo. My work spans roadway widening, resurfacing, drainage, utilities, signalization, lighting, ITS, concrete, earthwork, asphalt, and maintenance of traffic.
At Eisman & Russo, I manage a five-person inspection staff on a $26M roadway-widening project in FDOT District 4, tracking quantities for new signalization, lighting, ITS, utilities, and drainage. Previously at AtkinsRealis, I compiled monthly pay applications, reconciled installed work against plan quantities and contract unit prices, and evaluated overruns, underruns, revisions, production rates, and field changes.
I bring practical experience reviewing plans, specifications, RFIs, addenda, technical special provisions, and contract documents to support accurate quantity takeoffs, estimates, schedules, risk matrices, and job budgets.
