At SML Constructions, I delivered residential, commercial, and roadway projects valued up to $3M, from preconstruction planning through closeout and handover.
I produced construction drawings, grading plans, and site layouts in AutoCAD and Civil 3D, supporting utility, drainage, and earthwork design. I also built and maintained project schedules in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
I coordinated RFIs, submittals, quantity takeoffs, and cost estimates with design consultants and field crews, helping reduce rework. I performed site inspections, verified work against issued-for-construction drawings, and enforced OSHA safety standards.
