Led customer discovery with residential energy users, grid operators, and renewable developers to identify household flexibility and decarbonisation needs. Validated DER aggregation and dynamic tariff service concepts and translated interview insights into prioritised opportunities and go-to-market hypotheses.

Founded a renewable energy consultancy supporting developers with OT and cyber security project development, grid connection strategy, and distributed energy research. Managed grid connection applications for four large Vestas wind parks in Western Australia through to grid connection approval.

Owned end-to-end product vision and a seven-year roadmap for global OT platforms, steering a double-digit million Euro portfolio and delivering a 25% annual return on investment. Led multi-year, multi-digit million Euro development programs from concept through scaled deployment, including next-generation SCADA and PPC and supporting architectures for hybrid integration and network orchestration.

Led a distributed organisation of up to 80 engineers and managers across 18 countries, ensuring OT platform performance and reliability across roughly 1,500 wind parks. Drove operational excellence, reducing service workload by 20% and improving team satisfaction through KPIs for service quality, efficiency, and cost.

Led a regional team responsible for supporting and maintaining OT systems across wind farms in Central Europe. Oversaw service delivery, troubleshooting, and system performance for SCADA and control systems.

Commissioned and configured SCADA and EMS systems for new wind farms during construction. Ensured systems were operational and compliant before handover.

Designed, planned, and project managed control system upgrades and industrial automation solutions, including a train load-out control upgrade, wastewater treatment plant work, and hydraulic power pack upgrades. Commissioned delivered systems to ensure operational readiness.

Planned and commissioned large-scale electrical shutdown projects and delivered a full lifecycle upgrade of a major electrical motor system in a mining operation. Managed delivery activities across the project lifecycle in a FIFO environment.
