Ruslan Barysiuk
@ruslanbarysiuk
Senior Flutter developer, 6 apps shipped. Subscriptions, HealthKit, WebRTC/LiveKit, on-device ML; I fix store rejections. Remote, GMT+7.
ThailandWhat I'm looking for
I rewrote Healthy4u from Swift to Flutter as its sole mobile developer and shipped it to the App Store and Google Play. I rebuilt its AI chat with streaming responses and voice playback, and integrated HealthKit and Health Connect.
For Document Scanner & PDF Editor, I joined a project stalled before release, audited the code, and shipped it to both stores in 1.5 months. I improved its native camera experience and kept scanning, ML, and OCR on-device.
On ProveUp, I implemented camera-based exercise counting and LiveKit video calls for fitness battles. I also set up builds from one codebase and worked with the backend engineer on the push-notification API contract.
I’ve also built marketplace and hiring apps, and managed the Agrotook project from client requirements through an on-time MVP release. Before IT, I ran online and offline businesses in sales and e-commerce; I bring that client and business perspective to mobile product work.
