What I'm looking for

I’m seeking a functional or business analyst role in retail technology, particularly Dynamics 365 Commerce, where I can combine store-operations knowledge with analytical skills and keep learning.

At Heads Up For Tails, I run POS-based store operations and use sales, inventory accuracy, and promotion data to identify workflow bottlenecks and request process and system improvements. I also turned around an underperforming store, delivering ₹1.7 Cr YTD profitability within 12 months.

At Decathlon India, I managed a ₹50 Cr YTD business portfolio and grew outdoor sports category share from 7% to 20% through assortment strategy and data-led pricing and promotions. I’m pursuing Advanced Business Analytics at IIM Kozhikode and seeking a functional or business analyst role in retail technology, particularly Dynamics 365 Commerce.
