Hello, my name is Rupert Ham-Ying. I bring a wealth of experience from various fields, primarily in construction and healthcare. My journey began in the electrical and HVAC sectors, where I honed my skills as a master electrician and HVAC contractor. My passion for helping others led me to work as a phlebotomist, where I specialized in pediatric and labor & delivery patients. I have always believed in the importance of contributing positively to my community, whether through my professional roles or personal endeavors.

After facing significant health challenges in 2018, I found myself seeking new opportunities that align with my values and experiences. I have since transitioned into roles that allow me to mentor and support others, such as my recent position as a House Parent at The Village, where I taught life skills to foster youth.
