I’m a Platform Engineer (SRE Model) at Deloitte with 1.7+ years specializing in cloud infrastructure, data pipelines, and operational reliability. I provide L2 operational support on AWS and keep production services stable—resolving 500+ tasks, 100+ incidents, and 300+ RITMs with 99.99% uptime and zero rollbacks.

I maintain and monitor data pipelines built with Apache NiFi, Airflow, and Snowflake, and I inspect message queues via Confluent. I handle regular patching and maintenance on Linux using PuTTY (SSH), manage infrastructure changes with Git, and contribute to CI/CD automation—while collaborating with US-based clients to troubleshoot and communicate resolution status.

Alongside my platform work, I build production-grade Generative AI applications as personal projects, using LangGraph and RAG patterns with tool-using LLM agents. My work includes a ReAct + Tool Use AI agent (LangGraph/LangChain, FastAPI, Groq, Docker), an engagement churn agent, and a policy & incident copilot with guardrails like prompt injection detection and PII redaction; I’m seeking AI Platform Engineer or LLM Engineer roles to operationalize reliable AI at scale.
