I've delivered global event marketing and stakeholder engagement at Airbus, bringing its Event Invitation Service in-house and running it end to end for 30+ events and exhibitions each year.
I aligned internal teams and suppliers for a worldwide change programme, then trained and onboarded 150+ users to a new event management platform, reaching over 70% adoption in its first year. I also supported operations at the Paris Air Show 2025 and worked daily with teams across Europe, Asia, and the Americas.
Previously at BNP Paribas Securities Services, I coordinated internal, client, and industry events for C-suite and global leadership, managing communications, logistics, suppliers, budgets, and post-event analysis.
