What I'm looking for

I'm looking to support laboratory automation solutions from workflow design and demonstration through validation, deployment and optimisation, working closely with laboratory teams, clients, engineers, suppliers and IT specialists.

At Unilabs UK, I lead Blood Sciences operations in a high-throughput automated laboratory while serving as the bridge between laboratory users, clients, IT teams, engineers and suppliers.

I’ve led verification and validation for Siemens Atellica Solution and Atellica CI1900, covering workflow assessment, precision and method-comparison studies, acceptance evidence, staff readiness and post-implementation stabilisation.

I configure, test and troubleshoot LIMS, middleware, analyser interfaces, test builds and result-routing rules. I investigate connectivity failures, data mismatches and workflow incidents using structured root-cause analysis, QC and calibration data.

I also deliver practical training and technical demonstrations, support change from requirements gathering through go-live, and lead ISO 15189-aligned quality activity including IQC/EQA review, CAPA, risk assessment and audit readiness.
