What I'm looking for
At the University of Oxford’s Nuffield Department of Women’s and Reproductive Health, I led human tissue governance as Collections Responsible Officer and HTA lead, supporting researchers, ethics, regulatory compliance, and licensed and unlicensed tissue collections.
I managed quality assurance, wrote SOPs and training materials, delivered GCP and Human Tissue Authority training, chaired a departmental research governance group, and managed -80°C freezer and sample inventories through SharePoint.
My background spans clinical biochemistry, molecular virology and vaccine research, histology, and diagnostic testing. I’m looking to combine scientific governance, laboratory operations, quality management, and leadership to support impactful research and organisational success.
